Overview
This course has been developed to enable participants to identify and understand the role they will undertake as a supervisor.
It has been designed to help individuals develop their supervisory skills and covers topics such as: The supervisors role in the organization and as a team leader, monitoring performance, motivation, delegation and planning work activities for their team.
With a practical bias the course will develop participants skills as a supervisor in the workplace.
