Overview
This programme will introduce participants to the background and principles of Time Management. It will focus on making best use of time in the workplace, key objectives, analysis of current workload and how to work smarter than harder!
A participative course that through a number of practical exercises will give participants the opportunity to identify solutions to their own time management problems.

To give delegates the opportunity to consider a range of methods that will help them to manage their time more effectively in the workplace.
