Overview
This Course has been designed to enable Managers to understand stress and its effects on their own working lives. team members.
Amongst a number of issues this course covers topics such as: the effects of stress, identifying the signs in yourself, positive and negative stress, coping methods including a range of self help techniques
This course uses a number of participative exercises and delegates will have the opportunity to share experiences and good practice.
