Overview

This course has been designed to enable managers to understand the importance of being aware of the way in which they are viewed by others and how they can maximize their learning skills to improve their individual performance.

The program covers issues such as: Current learning beliefs and practices, self evaluation, strengths inventory, first impressions, learning models, identifying their learning styles and how to develop learning potential.

To give managers an opportunity to understand how they are seen by others in the workplace and to identify individual learning styles
