Course: Running Interview Panels - Half Day
Overview
This short half day programme has been specifically designed for Personnel and Line Managers with responsibility for recruitment and/or staff selection. Covering Equal Opportunity issues, the roles of Chairs and side members and competence based assessment, the course also looks at preparation, planning and conducting an interview panel.
Aims
To give managers an overview of good recruitment practice and legalities and to enable them to understand good selection techniques and fair selection processes.
