Course: Managing Absence - 1 Day
Overview
This course has been developed to raise participants awareness of the organizational procedures relating to absence. This 1day program covers sickness absence, back to work interviews/ programs, absence monitoring and analysis, ill health dismissal/ retirement and referrals to occupational health.
It has been designed to help delegates plan, prepare and carry out the monitoring of absence by using structured approach.
Aims
To build and develop the skills required to plan, prepare and carry out an effective counselling at work interview.
