Course: Legal Implications - 1 Day
Overview
Designed to benefit managers, this 1 day programme will give both an introduction and awareness of the key legal implications involved in managing people. The course covers issues such as fair recruitment and selection, from job analysis through to induction, dealing with poor performers, both informally and formally, as well as a detailed look at both the organizations disciplinary and grievance processes.
Through a mixture of theory and practice participants will gain an understanding of the day to day legal implications of people management.
